1. Information we collect

• Quote requests: your name, property address, phone number, and information you provide when discussing your request.
• Light previews: your name, email, phone number, property address, city, ZIP code, uploaded home photos, lighting selections, generated designs, saved-design records, and communication preferences.
• Website activity: browser and device information, IP address, pages visited, referring links, advertising identifiers, and campaign parameters that help identify how you reached the site. Our service providers may process this information when delivering the website or measuring advertising.

Please upload only photos you have permission to use. Avoid including people, documents, or other sensitive information that is not needed to preview your lighting.

2. How we use information

We use information to prepare and follow up on quotes, confirm our service area, create lighting previews, save your designs, arrange and provide services, and communicate with you. We also use it to operate the website, prevent misuse, enforce preview limits, troubleshoot problems, and understand how our advertising performs.

Uploaded photos and design selections are processed by the preview service and its image-generation providers to create your lighting mockups. Photos and saved designs are stored by the preview service so they can be retrieved in the same browser.

3. Who receives information

Our local team receives the information needed to respond to your request and deliver services. We use service providers for website hosting, storage, image generation, form delivery, and communications. These include Vercel for website hosting, our cloud-based preview service, and Web3Forms for delivering form submissions to our team.

Web3Forms receives the fields submitted through the forms, along with relevant lighting preferences, request identifiers, and campaign details. Our form notifications do not include your uploaded photo files or private photo links. See the Web3Forms privacy policy for its handling of submissions.

Meta receives advertising information as explained below. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or as reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect safety, or defend legal rights.

4. Meta Pixel and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel. It sends page-view events and an event after a quote request is successfully accepted. Meta may receive information such as your IP address, browser or device details, the page URL, referring information, and cookie or advertising identifiers. Meta may associate website activity with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for advertising measurement and personalized advertising, including retargeting.

We do not include your name, email, phone number, property address, or home photos in the pixel event fields we configure. This does not prevent Meta from receiving the browser and activity information described above.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The light preview tool uses a session cookie to recognize your browser and retrieve saved properties, photos, and designs. Session storage helps avoid duplicate quote-tracking events. Meta may also use cookies or similar technologies for advertising.

You can block or clear cookies and site data through your browser. Doing so may prevent saved designs from being available in that browser. Clearing browser data does not delete records already held by us or our service providers. This site does not currently change its tracking behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track setting.

6. Calls, email, and text messages

When you request a quote, our team may call you about your lighting needs. The homepage quote form does not enroll you in automated marketing texts.

The light preview form includes separate information about email communications and an optional, unchecked SMS consent box. Your selection is recorded with your submission. If you receive marketing emails, use the unsubscribe instructions or contact us. If you opted in to text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Storage, retention, and security

Quote requests, correspondence, photos, and design records may remain stored after you close the website. Records are retained for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, providing services, maintaining design history, and meeting applicable business or legal obligations. Retention varies by record and service provider.

You may contact us to request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose not to submit a form or upload a photo and contact us by phone instead. You may also ask us to correct your details, stop marketing communications, or delete information associated with your request.

Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to access your personal information, obtain a copy, correct or delete it, or opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising or sale of personal information. Contact us using the number below to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. If you disagree with our response, you can ask us to review the decision.

9. Children and other websites

This website is intended for adults seeking property services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.
